General introductionLZ-J-A type and LZ-J-B represent filled vortex flow meter and
plug-in Vortex. The main differences are their different shape and
different installation types. LZ-J type vortex flow sensors can be
widely applied to petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper
making, metallurgy, electricity, environmental protection, food and
other industrial enterprises, for the fluid Flow measurement of
various gases, liquids, steam and other low viscosity fluid. The
vortex flow meter can also be used for measuring the liquid-mixture
which contains suspended particles.
Vortex flow meters of removable sensor head are the company’s
patented products, with its unique design and processing
technology, you can replace or maintain sensor without affect the
flow of fluid in channels. Precisely because of its high
reliability, the vortex flow meters of removable sensor head are
widely used in various important occasions as a control instrument
for automatically control system.
Low-velocity type Vortex flow meters with its unique design
philosophy have solved the trouble of reduce the pipe hole because
of the low flow rate. If the flow rate is very small and out of the
standard flow rate, traditionally you must reduce the pipeline. And
this type has been specially designed for that contradiction. The
low flow rate measuring needn’t reduce the pipeline again and it
can measure the fluid rate which is lower than the low limit flow
rate of the same diameter. Easy to use and helped the user saved
the cost.
The company’s anti-explosive type vortex flow sensor is designed
and manufactured based on GB3836.1-2000 《electrical equipment using in explosive gas environment Part 1:
General requirements》and GB3836.2-2000 《electrical equipment using in explosive gas environment Part II:
Flameproof - D” 》and GB3836-83《electrical equipment using in explosive environment》, tested by inspection units which designated by labor security
departments of the State and have issued explosive certification. intrinsic safety type explosive-proof grade is Exia Ⅱ CT4. Flameproof explosive-proof grade is ExdIICT6 ,which is the most senior grade.

bearing pressure as normal when out of factory. So if the needed
pressure is larger than the stated pressure, advanced notification
is necessary.
